Larger items may be shipped by ground service in the continental United States.. Smaller

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Lost or damaged items during shipment are the responsibility of the carrier. Please keep all
packing material in the event of damage. All items are expertly packaged. All merchandise is
sent with tracking and insurance. In the event of loss or damage, we will provide you with
the
necessary information to file a claim.
RETURNS
Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt of order. Returned or
exchanged items must be in UNUSED and in RESALEABLE CONDITION. We cannot be
responsible for items that we do not receive, so please make sure you return your item in a
trackable way, ie UPS, FEDEX., PRIORITY MAIL CONFIRMATION. Shipping charges are
non refundable.
